Conditions
If the returned item does not meet the conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. In that case, additional shipping costs will apply to send the item back to you.

Returns outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted

Return Instructions
You may return your order within 14 days at your own expense, provided it meets our return conditions. Please register your return through our return portal by clicking the button below and follow these steps:

Log in to the return portal using your email and order number (link below)

Select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason

Choose your preferred shipping carrier

Pay for the return shipment directly through the portal

After payment, download and print your return label

Attach the label to your parcel and have it scanned by your selected carrier
Returns will be processed within seven business days after arriving at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation in the form of a credit note. Your refund will be issued within 14 days via your original payment method.
Request a Return Label
Only products purchased through the bi-yu.nl webshop can be returned for a refund to bi yù. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original point of sale.
Please keep your proof of return until your package has been safely received by us — we may need it if your package gets lost in transit.
